Mothership was the first release that was recorded, mastered and burned to CD in my studio.

I recorded a bunch of this on the Korg Trinity ProX.

It is my pride and joy. It is so big and silver I couldn't think of anything else to call it except for Mothership!. It looks like something Little Green Men would like to fly around on. It's virtually 88 keys of what ever sound I want!

I transferred the tracks to my PC with CUBASE for finishing.

I was real green (not refering to little green) as an engineer and still trying to figure out to pull it all together. The drums were a real challenge. I still didn't know about sound levels, MIDI, keeping a beat and all the real cool stuff normal carbon based lifeforms and audio engineers know.

But as I was once so fortunate enough to learn is that every journey begins with the first step. These are truly my humble beginings as a sound engineer. There are some very good songs on the disc and I am sure they will be given the TLC they need and reappear on later releases with better arrangements and engineering.
